(A) USPTO filing fee of $225 in one (1) Class is already included in the package. If you would like to secure additional classes, there is an additional attorney fee of $150 plus (+) filing fee of $225 per additional ($375 per class)
(B) USPTO filing fee of $425 in one (1) Class is already included in the package. ($225 for § 8 and $200 for § 15). If you would like to secure additional classes, there is an additional attorney fee of $150 plus (+) filing fee of $425 per additional ($575 per class) **A § 15 Declaration is NOT mandatory to retain rights in your trademark. However, it does provide significant benefits.
(C) USPTO filing fee of $525 fin one (1) Class is already included in the package. ($225 for § 8 and $300 for § 9). If you would like to secure additional classes, there is an additional attorney fee of $150 plus (+) filing fee of $525 per additional ($575 per class).
